As the winter season was coming to a close mother nature had us thinking that we would have an early ice-out.

The lake was busy with perch fishermen. Then we had some very warm weather. Leading us to "THINK SPRING"
With the snowy weather and cold temps it sure slowed down the progress of an early ice-out. With snow still in the forecast it looks like it may be longer. Looking ahead to the upcoming season, it should be a good season. Lots of smaller walleyes were being caught and released last fall. They should be nice keepers this spring. We are looking forward to seeing you this spring.
